A Coach is just there to ask you the right questions - often the tough questions so you can find the answer within.

Do you coach outside Arizona or the US?

Yes. One of the most effective ways to coach is over the phone or through a Skype chat. Being able to stay in the comfort of your own home or have the flexibility due to time constraints makes these types of coaching more common than meeting face-to-face. Technology has truly made services,such as coaching, available to anyone.

Phone Coaching: For flexibility and those people outside of the Phoenix metro area.

e-Coaching: This can be via video chat or email.

Group: A group of 3 or more people. Group coaching can be a very powerful and cost effective way to make positive changes in your life.

We do not accept insurance at this time. Most insurance plans do not cover coaching.

We accept cash, check (after initial session) and most major credit cards.

Our programs are not right for everyone and for that reason I offer a complimentary 30-minute meeting to discuss your goals and what you hope to achieve from coaching. Once we have both agreed it is a good fit, we will customize a program that meets your specific needs.
